Show me how to feel.
My head aches from of all this thinking.
I see a flower and I want to know what it is, where it grows, and what its latin name is.
Enough of analysing absolutely everything with the only feeling that of a buzzing in my head.
I want to drink in the colours with my eyes, plunge my nostrils into the petals and discover their subtle fragrances.
Strip me naked so I can feel the warm summer breezes on my body and the soft grass beneath my feet.
Open my ears to birdsong and the rustling of the branches, let the sounds dance in my thirsty heart.
Cast all thoughts aside and let love blossom in a blaze of reds and purples.
The idea of Sunday Photo Fiction is to create a story / poem or something using around about 200 words with the photo as a guide. It doesn’t have to be centre stage in the story, I have seen some where the placement is so subtle, the writer states where it is.
The last line creates a very serene image. I like this
