Yesterday I promised you some Chicken Garam Masala and here it is!
The accompanying photos show the stages of making a Chicken Garam Masala using the Garam Masala spice that we created yesterday.
- 400 g crushed tomatoes, canned
- 80 g soured cream, 10% fat
- 50 g butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp Garam Masala Spice Mix
- 500 g seasoned diced skinless chicken breasts
The tomatoes, sour cream and butter were cooked in the Thermomix for 12 minutes before adding 2 tbsp of the Garam Masala spice mix and cooking for a further 3 minutes. Finaly the chicken breasts were added for a final 6 minutes.
The Chicken Garam Masala was further seasoned and served with the rice and garnished with chopped Coriander (Cilantro).
I haven’t given the exact Thermomix instructions (Time – Temperature and mixing speed) because I just wanted to give you an idea of how it is done.
